This error is caused by the service not recognizing the User name and/or Secret key entered for the Finder settings Credentials. Complete the following steps until the issue is resolved:
  1. Re-enter the User name and Secret key originally sent to your organization when activated.
    1. Locate the email containing the User name and Secret key details
      • If the original User name and Secret key can't be located contact support to receive this information. 
    2. Click Administration > Data tune-up > Finder settings
    3. Re-enter the User name and Secret key
    4. Click Save
  2. Attempt to start the AddressFinder Submit process
  3. Contact support for them to confirm your AddressFinder account is setup correctly.
