Start your query:
  1. Navigate to Analysis, then click on Information Library
  2. Click Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Select source view of Memberships and click OK

Add fields to Include records where:
  1. In the left column, select Add-ons. From the middle column, drag Add-on into Include records where. Set Equal to the Add-on you want to report on, and click OK.
  2. (Optional) To see only primary member: In the left column, select Members. From the middle, drag Primary member into Include records where. Set Equal to Yes.
  3. (Optional) To view a specific transaction date range: In the left column, select Membership Transaction. From the middle, drag Transaction date (date only) into Include records where. Set Equal to your date range.

Add fields to Results fields to display:
  1. To add Member name: From the left column, expand Members, then select Constituent. From the middle column, drag Name into Results fields to display.
  2. To see the Add-on: From the left column, select Add-ons. From the middle column, drag Add-on into Results fields to display.

Save your query:
  1. Click Set save options tab
  2. Name query
  3. Save and Close
