Error Application Exception Batch Statement Upload Failed

When uploading statements to DonorCentral NXT the Fund search field may not be responsive and this error may appear after clicking Upload.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.  If you are experiencing this issue, contact FIMS Support and reference this article.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into DCNXT
  2. Click on Control Panel > Fund Statements > Upload/Replace Statements
  3. Select fund statement file
  4. Click on search icon in Fund ID field and nothing happens
                - Begin to type in a Fund ID and no options populate in drop down menu
                - Type in full Fund ID and DCNXT does not recognize it 
  1. Select date range and click Upload
  2. Receive error
