This message indicates an issue with the device name. An Admin user may verify that the device name being used is Active using these steps:
  1. Log in to the BBMS Web Portal
  2. Go to Account Management > Mobile Devices
  3. Select All devices in the dropdown at the top right
  4. Click the 3 dots next to the device name and select Edit
  5. If marked, unmark "Suspend device access"
  6. Click Save

Once the device is active, the MobilePay user should log out of the app and then back in.
