Create import process does not progress past the select batch template screen

You are attempting to create a new import process. When you select the batch template and click OK, the screen may display as loading and may not progress to create the import process.

We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

    Steps to Duplicate

    1. Log into the support environment for 45905.
    2. Navigate to Administration.
    3. Select Import. 
    4. Select Add next to import processes.
    5. For batch template, expand revenue and select 'Enhanced Revenue Batch'.
    6. Click OK.
    7. Observe the page shows loading symbol but even after 15 minutes, nothing loads.
