If the Activity has already been tied to an Assessment Grade Plan Group, this may be due to the specific Grade Plan not being linked to the correct Assessment Grading Period. The assessment grade plans will need to be associated with an assessment grading period in order to be included on an assessment report card
  1. Go to Academics > Grades > Grading Setup.
  2. Select the School year setup tab.
  3. Select Activities from the Group Type drop-down along with the appropriate School Level and Grade Plan Group.
  4. Click View next to Select Filter Options.
  5. If no Grade Plans have been created yet, create the Assessment Grade Plan. If an existing grade plan needs to be edited, continue on to the next step.
  6. Click View next to the grading period you want to display.
  7. Click edit in the top right of the page.
  8. Select your assessment grading period in the Grading Period drop-down.
  9. Click Save & Exit.
