Outlook plugin for RENXT returns results very slowly

When selecting an email in Microsoft Outlook and clicking on the Blackbaud icon to activate the plugin, users may discover that the add-on takes a very long time to return results. This issue may affect one or all users at the organization.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook
  2. Select an email which has come from a constituent whose email address is stored to their record
  3. Click the Blackbaud button to activate the RENXT Outlook plugin
  4. The loading animation appears for a very long time before finally returning results
