What is an Opportunity Administrator? How does an Opportunity Administrator differ from a System Administrator?
Opportunity Administrators (or OAs) are restricted or limited administrators who typically only have access to portfolios, opportunities, and applications in the Scope they have been assigned. (Examples of Scopes might be College of Business, Art Department, Foreign Languages, etc.)
While System Administrators have full access to all areas of the system, Opportunity Administrators are users who only need access to certain portfolios, opportunities, and applications, and who are not authorized to make decisions for an entire system or organization.
