Error: Duplicate Designations cannot be specified - when changing revenue category on a sales order

Users may find that if there are multiple donations to a single designation within one sales order, that when trying to change the revenue category on each either donation they receive the message, "Duplicate Designations cannot be specified."
After careful consideration,  we've evaluated this issue and determined this is a feature request to be implemented in a future release of Altru.  This decision will help accelerate development of new features while sustaining the high level of quality that delight our customers. 

Steps to Duplicate

After completing online sales order with multiple payments to a single designation:
  1. From Sales > Order search
  2. Enter the sales order number and open order
  3. For either donation, click Go to revenue
  4. Under Details, click Edit
  5. Edit the revenue category for this donation
  6. Click Save
  7. Receive Error
