Can we zero out data/information on a record that is marked 'Removed'

Client want to remove data on records that are marked 'Removed'. These records are marked 'removed', but they are causing issues with the integration (duplicates, etc...). Since these records can't fully delete from LO, the next best step would be to zero out the data from the fields.
Support cannot zero out the data on these records without manually removing it. There would be some fields that cannot be manually manipulated and for those there would be no way of altering the data. For example, the number of emails that were sent to a particular record…etc

A project is needed with our data integration team to remove these data. Client can talk to their Custom Success Manager directly or support will need to submit this as a Service Request.
