Error: Upload to the Blackbaud Payment Service was not successful. Start the process again or contact your system administrator - when running a credit card process

When running a credit card process, the following error is received:

“Upload to the Blackbaud Payment Service was not successful. Start the process again or contact your system administrator."
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Revenue functional area.
2. Click EFT
3. Click Credit card processing
4. Start the credit card process.
