Users that are building out Coding Sheets often wish to add these coding sheets to a record type - e.g. Organization, Request, Contact - by default. In rare cases, users that attempt to take this step may be met with an error that appears similarly to the one below:
An unhandled error has occurred. Exception Details: An exception has occurred. The Id of the Logged Exception is ########
The reason this can occur is due to the fact that you have added too many Coding Sheets to the record type in question. Each record type can hold up to 99 Coding Sheets. If you attempt to include more than that limit, an error will throw.
Users can take these steps to count out the number of Coding Sheets assigned to each record type:
1. Launch and log into Blackbaud Grantmaking 2. Go to Admin tab > Click 'Classifications' 3. On the Classifications Tables page, go to Actions tab > Click 'Coding Sheet Report'
If you wish to remove a Coding Sheet from the record type, please take these steps:
1. Launch and log into Blackbaud Grantmaking 2. Go to Admin tab > Click 'Classifications' 3. On the Classifications Tables page, double-click the coding sheet you wish to remove from your record type 4. In the Classification page for the coding sheet, unmark the checkbox labeled 'Include?' in the appropriate card (e.g. Request Coding Sheet/Default) 5. Click Save & Close
