This issue was addressed for the customer who reported this issue. If you are having this issue please contact support to resolve.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into DonorCentral
  2. Click the option to switch to Advisor View
  3. Choose your advisor
  4. Go to the Grants section and click on Detail
  5. See pending grants and attempt to cancel them
  6. Receive message
