1. In your browser, navigate directly to the following URL, based on your organization's datacenter:
  2. If you access the Blackbaud Hosting Services Files folder by clicking on a saved bookmark or URL in your browser, update this bookmark to the exact above URL, based on your organization's datacenter:
For example, if your current bookmark is set to https://files.blackbaudhosting.com/thinclient/login.aspx, this will need to be updated to https://files.blackbaudhosting.com in all browsers to match the URL above in order to continue using this bookmark after the update. 
3. Clear your browser cache.
4. Close and reopen your browser and attempt to access the Files folder login page again.

Note: If you're encountering an issue launching the Files folder login page when clicking on the Files icon, review the steps noted in Nothing happens when selecting the Files Folder icon on the Content tab of Blackbaud Hosting Services.
