Unable to insert or cut parts from a page containing a communication preferences form where the consent solicit code is required

When a page contains a communication preferences form where the consent solicit code is required, then any part on that page, including the communication preferences form, cannot be cut nor can any part be inserted. The part just idles with Updating... and never proceeds any further.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a new communication preferences form.
2. Add the EU consent solicit codes preference option to a step on the form.
3. Select the preference option so it is highlighted and then click Advanced properties on the Element tab.
4. Bring over a consent solicit code from the left.
5. Check the box for Required.
6. Save the communication preferences form.
7. Create a Form part and add the communication preferences form to it.
8. Add the Form part to a new page.
9. Log in to BBIS as a user who is linked to a constituent record in CRM.
10. Attempt to cut the Form part from the page and it will get stuck in the Updating... status. The same happens when attempting to insert another part to the page.
