RE Mobile App or Blackbaud MobilePay App crashes - when opening from a device that is running iOS 12

After upgrading to iOS 12, the RE Mobile App and the Blackbaud MobilePay App crash and fail to load. Reinstalling the app does not resolve the issue.
This has been resolved by Blackbaud MobilePay version 3.8 and RE Mobile 3.1. Please download the updates available in the app store.

The RE Mobile Event Management App is unaffected by iOS 12. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Upgrade the device to iOS 12
  2. Open the RE Mobile App or the Blackbaud MobilePay App
  3. Intro screen appears briefly, then the app crashes
