Online Express Direct Debit Bank Checker allows incorrect account information

When using Direct Debit as a payment option within Online Express donation forms, the bank checker module allows incorrect account information to be entered
This has been resolved in the latest version of Online Express, released 18/09/2018

Steps to Duplicate

Using Account information: Sort Code 01-01-01,  Account Number 999999999)
 
1)      Form with recurring gift selected, single gift deactivated, credit card and direct debit as payment options - Bank Checker shows Invalid Account info (Donation unsuccessful)
2)      Form with recurring gift selected, single gift deactivated, only direct debit as payment option (credit card disabled) - Bank Checker lets through invalid Account info (Donation successful)
