In order to have a secure way for your students and administrators to log into your system, you and your IT team will need to determine which (out of several authentication protocols) is best for your campus. What are our options for authentication? Once we have chosen an authentication option and set it up, what responses do we need to provide back to complete the setup?
You have the choice of the following authentication options: LDAP, Shibboleth, SAML, or Whitelist. Once this system is set up by your IT department, you must provide a list of "responses" to the short form inside the setup guide (below) corresponding to what has been chosen, and submit those back to Customer Support. Once received, your system can connect appropriately to your campus and complete the authentication link.
