Due to the upcoming changes occurring within Blackbaud Grantmaking, and for your security, we are making changes to the ways we handle password resets.
Under normal circumstances, users may reset their own passwords by navigating to their Blackbaud Grantmaking site and clicking 'Forgot Password?'. After clicking this link, you will be asked to provide your User ID so that we may email you with information to access your account and reset your password. If you do not receive this email, please follow the instructions here.
You may also wish to confirm some details about your Blackbaud Grantmaking account to be sure that the e-mail address tied to your Grantmaking User ID is correct. To do so, you may need to request that a colleague that is able to log into Grantmaking follow the steps here.
If these methods fail and you are still unable to log in, you may contact Blackbaud Customer Support to request a password reset; this must be authorized by your foundation's Primary Contact or Site Administrator before we can proceed with the reset. We will provide your Site Administrator with further instructions to move this request forward.
We would advise having your site's Primary Contact or Site Administrator reach out to Support directly in order to expedite the password reset on your behalf.
