This error can be returned when attempting to enable integration between Raiser's Edge and ResearchPoint after transitioning from an on premise Raiser's Edge environment to one hosted by Blackbaud.  It occurs when the local Raiser's Edge environment has been left powered on and connected to the internet. 

If you have recently transitioned from hosting your own Raiser's Edge environment to Blackbaud Hosting, your local Raiser's Edge system must be shut down.  Once you have verified that your local Raiser's Edge environment has been shutdown by your local IT team, Contact Blackbaud Target Analytics Support via our online chat and reference this article number to request that the existing integration connections be cleared.
