Organizations may use different BBMS accounts at different events where they utilize MobilePay. Is there a way to switch between different accounts on the same device?
The user name and password entered when logging in to the MobilePay app determine which BBMS account will be used. If a device will be used with more than one account the user can log in to one account with the appropriate credentials, log out, and then log back in with the other account's credentials. This can only be done on MobilePay version 3.8 and above, as the same device name can be used on multiple accounts. Previous versions of MobilePay required unique security codes.
If the User logging in to this device for the first time does not have permissions to manage mobile devices, the device will need to be approved in both BBMS accounts. Please see How to approve MobilePay device requests.
