In the Daily Sales screen, when I add a Constituent to the screen, the Zip Code survey doesn't pop-up. Is Altru still counting that transaction in the Zip Code report? What if the Constituent record doesn't have an address?
When you add a Constituent to the Daily Sales screen that already has a Zip Code on their record, Altru can see that information and won't pop-up the Zip Code Survey at the end of the transaction. The transaction will also still be included in the Zip Code report.
Note: If the Constituent record does not have a Zip Code, the Zip Code Survey will still pop-up at the end of the transaction.
