Users have found that the Prospect Manager field in the Wealth & Ratings summary screen does not remove the assigned Prospect Manager after the assignment is end-dated.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Navigate to a Prospect record that has a Prospect Manager assigned. 2. Select the "Prospect" tab then click the "Prospect Team" sub tab. 3. Under the Prospect Manager, click "Edit prospect manager". 4. Enter an End date: for the Prospect Manager then save. 5. Under the "More Information" side task click "Wealth and ratings". 6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and note under "Research details" that the Prospect Manager is still listed even though the assignment was end dated.
