We have received multiple reports indicating that (then) still-pending Direct Debit Transactions had offsetting transactions (i.e., reversal entries) improperly added to the constituent's Journal that display: "GatewayPending" as the Failure Code. These reversal entries were seemingly added for most then-pending Direct Debit Transactions, and with most of the specific examples that we've seen for this so far, most direct debits that received this odd reversal entry did end up processing successfully (despite how these offsetting transaction entries appear to indicate otherwise).
To be sure, if you come across any reversals containing this "GatewayPending" Failure Code, please log into your transaction processor web portal to confirm that each such transaction did end up processing successfully then feel free to contact support and reference this KB article.
