If you notice that your Tax Status 2 information cleared out or set the dropdown to <No selection> after running Tax Status Verify, we ask that you take these steps:

1. From the affected Organization record, go to Actions > click 'Tax Status Verify'
2. When the result appears, mark the checkbox that corresponds to your Organization > click 'Details'
3. Be certain that the checkboxes are marked next to the following fields when updating Tax Status 2:
Tax Status 1
Tax Status 1 Date
Tax Status 2
Tax Status 2 Date
Tax Status Verify Date
NOTE: If these five (5) fields are not selected, Tax Status 2 will fail to update!
4. Click OK
5. Back on the Tax Status Verification Results screen, click 'Update Organizations'
