This issue is caused by a compatibility problem between Import Omatic and Windows 10.
Uninstall Import Omatic from the workstation and the issue will be resolved.  Contact Omatic for assistance.
 

The display in RE can be impacted by installing Import Omatic in high resolution computers. The RE Properties can be adjusted to override that behavior.
