Error: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding when opening a membership dues batch

When opening a membership dues batch a timeout message may occur when constituents with multiple memberships (upwards of 15 memberships on a single constituent) exist in the batch.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
