Follow these steps to remove the organization administrators from the Blackbaud ID profile:
  1. Log in to your Blackbaud ID account and go to
  2. Click on Manage Single Sign On for the appropriate organization/environment (You may only see one).

  3. On the next page, click on "Invite another admin to configure".

  4. On the next page, locate the user(s) that should no longer be associated with the org. Click the ellipsis button and select Make inactive to remove their access. User-added image
It may take caching 15 minutes to catch up, but the updates should then appear on the Blackbaud ID Profile page.
