When a student is withdrawn:
If there are not other active students on the account:
  1. No manner of auto-payments will take place (even if the Payment Settings are set, and there is a Primary account present).
  2. Notifications will not be sent (including invoices).
  3. Late/Follow-Up Fees will still apply, unless they are turned off.

If there are one or more active students on the the same account as an inactive student, then payments and notifications will still be collected/sent as normal.
