Unable to export transactions from Transaction Search results

When viewing the Transaction Search results, users are unable to export.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Transactions can be exported when a date range is entered into the Transaction Search filters:
  1. Log into the BBMS Web Portal
  2. Go to Transactions > Transaction Search
  3. Enter a Start date and End Date
  4. Click Search
  5. Click Export and select file type

Note: To export the user must have administrative rights or a Role with "Export Transactions" permission marked. If the steps above do not resolve, please check with an Admin user or attempt in another browser.
 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into the BBMS Web Portal
  2. Go to Transactions > Transaction Search
  3. Click Search
  4. Click Export and select file type
No export file pops up
