The Reservation Defaults for Group Sales in Altru are shared by both Group Sales and Facility Rentals. There is only one default that can be configured, so you are unable to set up multiple default configurations. However, the defaults can be edited and changed on any reservation.

To configure Reservation Defaults for Group Sales and Facility Rentals:
  1. From Sales, Click Group Sales
  2. Under configuration, Click Group Sales Settings
  3. Navigate to the Reservation Defaults Tab, Click Edit
  4. Configured the default settings for:
    •Reservation Deposits
    •Security Deposits
    •Final Count due date
    •Order Balance due date
  5. Click Save
When adding a new Group Sales or Facility Rental reservation, select the Due Dates tab to change the Reservation Defaults.
