- Your organization hasn't purchased Target Analytics Affluence Insight. Please contact your Account Executive for more details.
- Your Target Analytics Affluence Insight project hasn't been completed. If this is the case, please contact your Project Coordinator or email email@example.com.
- The research lists tied to the dashboard have not been refreshed. Complete the steps below in ResearchPoint to refresh the lists
- Click the word Prospects across the top of your ResearchPoint screen
- Click View All Lists
- Find the lists that begin with a letter (i.e. A, A1, A2, B, B1, B2, etc)
- Click the green chevron to the left of the list
- Click Refresh
- Repeat steps 4 & 5 for all Affluence research lists.
- Click your browser's refresh button
- Observe that the list you just refreshed is now populated
- If link is present to "Enable nightly refresh," click it.
- When asked if you're sure you want to enable nightly refresh, click Yes
