There are several reasons why Target Analytics Affluence Insight scores may not be showing in the Affluence Insight Dashboard:
  1. Your organization hasn't purchased Target Analytics Affluence Insight. Please contact your Account Executive for more details. 
  2. Your Target Analytics Affluence Insight project hasn't been completed. If this is the case, please contact your Project Coordinator or email 
  3. The research lists tied to the dashboard have not been refreshed. Complete the steps below in ResearchPoint to refresh the lists
    1. Click the word Prospects across the top of your ResearchPoint screen
    2. Click View All Lists
    3. Find the lists that begin with a letter (i.e. A, A1, A2, B, B1, B2, etc)
    4. Click the green chevron to the left of the list
    5. Click Refresh
    6. Repeat steps 4 & 5 for all Affluence research lists.
    7. Click your browser's refresh button
    8. Observe that the list you just refreshed is now populated
    9. If link is present to "Enable nightly refresh," click it.

    10. When asked if you're sure you want to enable nightly refresh, click Yes
