Users of Grantmaking that hear reports from their grantees of password issues can manually reset their grantee's passwords by taking these steps:
1. Launch and log into your Grantmaking site 2. From the Dashboard, go to Launch tab > click Applications > click 'Reset Grantee Password' 3. When the Reset Grantee Password screen appears, enter the affected grantee's Email Address in the Email Address field 4. You should receive a success message and the grantee will receive instructions on resetting their password
There are cases where this process may not work and the error below will appear:
The email you supplied is not valid. Please provide a valid email before continuing.
If you receive this error message, it is possible that the email domain may not be recognized by our system. Our Developers are investigating these matters on a case-by-case basis; we would ask that you reach out to us when this occurs and provide us your Grantmaking Site URL along with the email address of the affected grantee so we can investigate further.
