Error: 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' when highlighting transaction in Online Express

When attempting to click on and highlight a transaction in the Online Express transactions window, we receive the error 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' Due to this issue, we cannot process or delete the transaction from the plugin.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into Raiser's Edge and enter the Online Express plugin
  2. Choose the correct tab for the affected transaction type (donation, event, etc.)
  3. Attempt to click into the affected transaction row
  4. Transaction cannot be selected and we receive the message 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'
