The Donor/Advisor ID list is populated by the Fund Associations listed on the Fund that is defined on the Grant. To add new names follow these steps:
  1. Identify the Fund that will be or is being used on the Grant Application
  2. Open the Fund Module then open the Fund Record of the fund that is listed on the Grant
  3. Go to the Fund Associations tab
  4. Click the New button at the top left
  5. Fill in the information required to add a new association such as ID Code and DC Access number, then save.
  6. This should update the list on the Grant Application in the Donor/Advisor ID field
