None/not all of the familes/students in my system have a School Family ID and/or a Student ID. Is this information necessary, or required for use with Smart Tuition?
The School Family ID & Student ID fields in family records are not required. These can be added/used for schools for reference or organization of records, but are not required for the users to use Smart Tuition.
The only time these fields are required are when doing a Spreadsheet Enrollment.
