Site Administrators may send an example of any system-generated email to himself or herself. (This option is currently unavailable for Ad Hoc emails.) To do so, take the following steps:

1. Navigate to Site > Communications > Message Templates

2. Locate the desired email template in the list of communications (tip: be certain you are looking under the correct tab) and click on the Send Example link.


Click Send Example


An example of the email message will be delivered to your email inbox.

Note: Example emails will contain sample data (such as a sample applicant name, sample portfolio name, and sample link). Links generated in example emails are not valid and are meant to demonstrate format only.
