This can happen if too much time has passed between step two finishing and starting the process for step three. If you get this error message, please restart the process.
  1. Go to Administration > Data tune up
  2. Select the DeceasedRecordFinder tab
  3. Click the hyperlink for your process
  4. Click Start Process for step 1
  5. Once step 1 has completed, click Start Process for step 2
  6. Once files are available (typically within 3 business days), click Start Process for step 3
