How to set up a Terminal Server or Remote Desktop Server for use with Progress 11

We are going to be using a terminal\remote desktop server for our users to use FIMS, how can we do that?
A terminal\remote desktop server is essentially a client of the database server like a workstation is with the additional caveat that on the terminal\remote desktop server Progress does need to be installed as well; on a workstation Progress would not be installed. The database itself of course would not reside on the terminal server, it will reside on the database server, see the attached document for steps on how to do this.
