Limit to appeals sent to constituent option does not return results when used while searching for an appeal on a pledge record

When searching for an appeal on a pledge record, checking the 'Limit to appeals sent to constituent' option, does not return any results.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a new pledge record or find an existing one.
2. On the pledge record, click Edit pledge under Tasks.
3. Click the search icon for the Appeal field.
4. Check the 'Limit to appeals sent to constituent' option.
5. Click Search.
