To correct the issue, complete the following steps in Raiser's Edge (Database view if you are an NXT customer)
- Login to Raiser's Edge as a supervisor level user
- Click Admin --> Security
- Located the affected account and double click it
- In right-hand region of the window, find the check box for "Account is Locked Out" and remove the check
- Reset the RE7 Authentication password
- Click Save and Close on the account
- Supply the new password to the affected user and update the integration credentials in ResearchPoint accordingly.
