Geo-coding in CRM does not consistently place correct latitude and longitude on records

After geocoding address in Blackbaud CRM, incorrect latitude and longitude appears to be applied to the records.  Some records are mapped in incorrect locations when displayed in the mapping utility.

Answer:

Download and install the latest service pack which contains all fixes from previous service packs.
