Relation Only constituency shows in the Constituent Summary tile for all records with a relationship

After upgrading to SP26, all constituents that have relationships show as having the Relation Only constituency in the Constituent Summary Tile, even if they've donated.

Steps To Duplicate

1) In a SP25 environment, create a new constituent > Add a spouse > Notice the Relation Only constituency shows in the Constituent's Summary Tile
2) Add a donation for the new constituent > Notice the Relation Only constituency disappears from the Constituent's Summary Tile.
3) In a SP26 environment, create a new constituent > Add a spouse > Notice the Relation Only constituency shows in the Constituent's Summary Tile
4) Add a donation for the new constituent > Notice the Relation Only constituency still shows in the Constituent's Summary Tile.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch
