When using the event registration form part in BBIS the country field is not marked as required along with the rest of the address block when set as required in part's entry options.
1) In CRM, create an event to be linked to a BBIS Event Registration Page > Add at least one registration option.
2) In BBIS, create an Event Registration Page and use the Event Registration Form Part > Link the CRM event from Step 1.
3) Test the BBIS page by submitting an event registration.
4) On the address block fields, notice that the ‘Country’ drop-down field isn’t marked as required (asterisk).
5) The country field can be left blank but the other address fields must be completed and the user is able to proceed to the checkout phase.
Download and install the latest service pack/hotfix which contains all fixes from previous service packs. If Blackbaud hosts your database, please use the Blackbaud CRM Cloud Portal to upgrade your non-production environments or create a case with Support to request this release be applied to your Production environment.
