"The operation has timed out." - When trying to edit a segment on marketing effort

When attempting selecting a marketing effort segment and clicking the Edit action, the following timeout error occurs, "The operation has timed out."

Steps To Duplicate

1) Go to Marketing and Communications > Direct Marketing Efforts > Go to a marketing effort that hasn't been activated and that has 1+ segments.
2) Select a segment > Edit
3) Notice it loads for two minutes before it times out with the following error, "The operation has timed out."

Answer:

Download and install the latest service pack/hotfix which contains all fixes from previous service packs.

If Blackbaud hosts your database, create a case with Support to request this release be applied to your environment.
