To correct the issue and remove the second mailing address, navigate to:

  1. Core > Users/Access > Edit User Profile Data
  2. Search and locate the user in question.
  3. Click on the user to access their information, scroll down and locate the addresses.(You can tell if an address is marked for Mailing Address if there is a small envelope icon next to it). 
  4. Click Edit next to the address that should not be marked as mailing
  5. Unmark the Mailing Address checkbox at the bottom of the address information
  6. Click Save & Exit
