To correct the issue and remove the second mailing address, navigate to:
- Core > Users/Access > Edit User Profile Data
- Search and locate the user in question.
- Click on the user to access their information, scroll down and locate the addresses.(You can tell if an address is marked for Mailing Address if there is a small envelope icon next to it).
- Click Edit next to the address that should not be marked as mailing
- Unmark the Mailing Address checkbox at the bottom of the address information
- Click Save & Exit
