To determine the school levels that a User is associated with, do the following:
- From the persona menu, select Core.
- Under Users/Access, click Profile.
- Search for the specific User and click on the User's name to enter the profile.
- Scroll down to System Information, then select Employment.
- Click Edit.
- If a school level is not selected, click the check box next to the correct level.
- Ensure there is a Date Appointed date filled in otherwise this could be another reason the user is not seeing the resource board.
- Click Save & Exit.
