To determine the school levels that a User is associated with, do the following:

  1. From the persona menu, select Core.
  2. Under Users/Access, click Profile.
  3. Search for the specific User and click on the User's name to enter the profile.
  4. Scroll down to System Information, then select Employment.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. If a school level is not selected, click the check box next to the correct level.
  7. Ensure there is a Date Appointed date filled in otherwise this could be another reason the user is not seeing the resource board.
  8. Click Save & Exit.
