To restore Student Enrollment rows and assign correct Past Candidate or Past Student role, do the following:

  1. In the persona menu, go to Core.
  2. Click Profile under Users/Access.
  3. Look up the child's name in Edit User Profile Data.
  4. Scroll down to System Information and click on Student Enrollment.
  5. Click on Enroll in School.
  6. Choose the school year and grade level (make sure the Include Future Enrollments check box is marked).
  7. Click Save & Exit.
  8. Next, click on Withdraw button.
  9. Select the Effective Immediately radio button and the entering school year (i.e. 2015-2016).
  10. Choose the Past Candidate or Past Student role.
  11. Click Save & Exit.
  12. Finally, click Confirm.
