To revert a User's role back to Candidate, do the following:

  1. In the persona menu, go to Enrollment Management.
  2. Select Admissions and then Admissions Management.
  3. Click on Create Candidate under Overview.
  4. Select the radio button Make an Existing User a Candidate and use filters to search for User (i.e. Role, Grad Year, Last Name, etc.).
  5. Click Search.
  6. Click on the User's name to highlight and then click Next.
  7. Choose the Entering Grade, Entering Year, Checklist, and Admissions Staff (if applicable).
  8. Click Next.
  9. Review the Confirm Details section to make all information for the Existing User is displaying as correct.
  10. Click Save & Exit.
