To view this Report, navigate to:

  1. Analyze > Reports 
  2. In the Category dropdown, select Admissions > ReEnrollment Reports
  3. Click Run next to the Contract Status Report


The Report allows you to view by Entering Year as well as a specific or all Contract Types. There are three statuses the Report tracks: None, Saved and Processed.

None represents the Parent has not filled out the contract.

Saved represents the Parent has started to fill out the Contract and saved what they have entered but not submitted.

Processed represents the Parent that has filled out the Contract, saved and submitted.
